| Assurance of Quality All raw materials used in our cellulite cream product must pass through all of our strict quality control assurance programs before we pass them onto our customers. We work only with reputable suppliers and all ingredients used in our products must also meet our own strict in-house quality control inspections.
Before we allow production to begin we test all of the raw materials that are going to enter into our cellulite cream product. Any ingredient that does not meet up to our standards is immediately rejected. Each and every one of our employees has the ability to reject any ingredient or product that they do not feel lives up to our quality control standards at any stage of the manufacturing process. Our equipment is all highly maintained and regularly inspected to ensure top-notch performance. We clean our equipment on a regular schedule to keep pollutants and anything extraneous from entering our products. We keep logs of everything we do for up to two years after manufacturing is complete.
Further Quality Assurance:
Product analysis Every product we manufacture is analysed. This analysis includes the ingredients in every cellulite cream product, the lot number from which these ingredients came, as well as any and all production methods utilized in the development of the product.
Raw materials We purchase raw materials only from the most reputable of suppliers. We accept no raw materials without first receiving a Certificate of Analysis from the supple of the ingredients. After this, our own Quality Control team is put on the case to analyze these materials to make sure they live up to our own high standards.
Packaging material We understand how important packaging materials are and ensure that we purchase materials only from reputable suppliers. Again we also have our own in house team to inspect all packaging materials used to ensure that there are no defects. Every label that is applied to one of our cellulite cream product packages is checked and rechecked for accuracy.
Lot Numbers We assign lot numbers to all of our orders to ensure we can keep proper track of orders and shipments. These lot numbers are also used to check our product analyses. We send nothing out until it has been checked one final time for purity and authenticity.
Good Manufacturing Practices
Aside from the numerous quality assurance protocols that have been listed above, we also adhere to the following guidelines for use in our manufacturing processes:
Blending/Granulation Before going into use all our blending and granulation equipment is inspected firsthand by the Director of Operations. Each lot is then processed through these machines using strict guidelines that have been perfected to assure the best in quality. We store all of our blended and granulated ingredients specially to ensure they stay fresh as they await to be put into the final product. Everything is labelled properly, overseen by the Director of Operations, to ensure no mix-ups occur.
Encapsulation/Compression Before doing anything with the mainstream production of our cellulite cream product, we do a test run with the product. After it has been compressed, encapsulated, etc., we test the end result for both purity and authenticity. Only after we have ensured the machinery is running properly and the end product is correct do we begin full scale manufacture of our products. Again we store each and every one of these products in specially designed containers to preserve freshness.
Liquids All of our liquid products follow the exact same strict guidelines and protocols mentioned above for our powdered and capsule products.
Packaging/Inspection Once the processing of the cellulite cream product is complete, it goes through final inspection. Once we have assured it is pure and without defects, we package it in special packaging material that is designed to ensure freshness and longevity of the product. Each of our packaged has a special tamper-proof seal that no one can get inside until the end customer opens up the bottle. We also ensure that we have correct and accurate information on our labeling so the customer knows exactly what he is buying before he makes his purchase.
Final Products We store each and every one of our final cellulite cream product packages in special climate-controlled storage units to preserve the product until it is ready for use.- All final products are stored in quarantine in a climate controlled environment until final delivery to the customer.
Everything we create follows the Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines that have been put into place by the United States Food and Drug Administration. We also product the natural prostate health product and antiaging skin care product. Going beyond this we also apply our own special guidelines to ensure that each and every one of our products meets our own very high quality control standards. |
